Irish Residential Properties adds key new members to its board

Gary Britton and Shruthi Chindalur, new board members with Irish Residential Properties REIT.

Irish Residential Properties REIT, a provider of private rental accommodation, has appointed Gary Britton and Shruthi Chindalur as independent non-executive directors.

These appointments coincide with board member Joan Garahy’s decision not to seek re-election. She has completed her nine-year term on the REIT board, where she was senior independent director and chair of the remuneration committee.
