Cork's Datalogix acquired by Ekco

Acquiring the Cork tech firm is the first such deal this year by Ekco following three strategic acquisitions in 2025

Datalogix MD Der Cremen, Ekco MD (professional services) Declan Timmons, Ekco Security president Pat Larkin, and Datalogix CTO Damian White. 

Cork technology firm Datalogix has been acquired by Dublin cloud security company Ekco for an undisclosed sum.

It is the first deal this year by Ekco, which is continuing its ambitious acquisition trail, following three strategic acquisitions in 2025.
