National Beauty Distribution takes home top prize at Digital Marketing Awards

Cosmetics importer and wholesaler National Beauty Distribution has been named the Digital Marketing Legend as part of this year’s Digital Marketing Awards, hosted by Cork Chamber.

Established by Cork Chamber, the awards celebrate the best in digital excellence in Cork. The event took place on Friday night, hosted by broadcaster Sinéad Kennedy with the Irish Examiner serving as media partner.

On top of the Digital Marketing Legend, there were 17 other categories up for grabs on the night — ranging from Best in Content Creation, Best Use of Digital by a New Business, and Best Website, to platform-specific honours for social media excellence.

Reacting to the win, National Beauty Distribution chief executive Kieran Walsh said it was an “incredible honour”.

“Our success has been built on bold ideas, creative storytelling, and data-driven campaigns, but above all on the dedication of a truly legendary team,” he said. 

“This award celebrates their passion and ambition, and we’re excited to keep raising the bar in digital marketing.”

The company also took home the award for Best Digital Marketing Team.

'Celebrating digital talent'

Cork Chamber president Rob Horgan said the awards are about more than “celebrating digital talent”, they are about “championing ambition, creativity, and resilience in our business community”.

“National Beauty Distribution exemplifies all these qualities,” he said.

“Their vision and execution have set a new benchmark in digital marketing, and we are thrilled to recognise them as this year’s Digital Marketing Legend.”

Among the other winners on the night include Cork Opera House, Solar Hill Energy, Rebel City Distillery, and Down2Earth Materials.

Cork Chamber director of member services Annie FitzGibbon said that, each year, the awards showcase the “ingenuity and vibrancy of businesses across Cork, from new start-ups to household names”.

“Digital marketing now plays a vital role in modern business across every sector, from hospitality and healthcare to professional services and technology,” she added.
