Law firm Mason Hayes & Curran has appointed Ursula McMahon as a partner in its charity and not-for-profit team.

Ursula works with clients across the charity and public sectors supporting organisations through restructures, mergers and their interactions with the Charities Regulator. She also advises boards and trustees, notably in managing risk and strengthening governance.
