Coronavirus outbreak hits rate payments to Dublin City Council
Rates paid to Dublin City Council are down €20m for March, as the coronavirus outbreak hits the local authority's cash flow.
Councillor Daithí Doolan says the council faces a very difficult future, with a further €22m in arrears owed from 2019.
