Cabinet to beef up Enterprise Ireland in Brexit preparations

Cabinet Ministers are expected to improve new measures to beef up Enterprise Ireland ahead of Brexit.

It would allow Enterprise Ireland to provide loans to its client companies for research and development.

It comes as the Government is looking to help businesses to diversify to deal with any threats that might be posed by Brexit.
