Dublin solicitor suspended from practicing and has all bank dealings frozen

Castleknock Dublin solicitor Patrick Delaney, who was stated to have failed to co-operate with an investigation of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland, was today suspended from practicing as a solicitor.
High Court President, Mr Justice Peter Kelly, also made orders freezing all bank dealings in the name of Patrick Delaney Solicitors, Parkside House, Castleknock, or in the name of his former company P Delaney and Company, Solicitors.
