Financial services firm secures injunction against EBS over purported termination of agreement to operate EBS branches

A financial services company has secured a High Court injunction preventing EBS from terminating an agency agreement to operate three of the building society's branches until the full dispute has been resolved.

The injunction was granted by Mr Justice John Jordan today in favour of Betty Martin Financial Services Ltd (BMFS), which under an agency agreement operates EBS branches in Athlone, Longford and Lucan,
