Court gives Norway backing to pursue oil drilling ventures in Arctic

A court in Norway has said the country's government can hand out oil drilling licences in the Arctic.

The ruling dealt a blow to two environmental groups that had filed a lawsuit against further drilling in the Barents Sea.
