Average house price increases by 10.9% over 12 months

The average house price in Ireland has risen 10.9% over the past year with increases of 7.9% and 12.8% in Cork and Dublin respectively.

In the past three months, Cork house prices have risen 0.7% while in Dublin prices have gone up by 3.9%.
