German pensions group buys Liffey Valley Shopping Centre
The Liffey Valley Shopping Centre has been bought for more than €630m.
The centre, along with seven hectares of adjacent development land in west Dublin, was acquired by Germany's largest public pensions group, Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK).
The sale was agreed in October.
Former owners Hines will continue to act as asset and development managers for the centre.
