AT&T look to pacify regulators over Time Warner takeover

In the US, AT&T must persuade regulators that its multi-billion-dollar takeover of Time Warner will not give one organisation too much power.

If approved, the €79bn purchase will give the mobile operator control of TV channels HBO and CNN and the film studio Warner Bros.
