Ardmore Studios to be sold

Wicklow's Ardmore Studios has been put up for sale.

The 18 acre site in Bray has been home to hundreds of international and national films and tv productions over the years including Braveheart, The Tudors, Moone Boy and My Left Foot.

It is being sold as a going concern and the sale will not have an impact on day to day studio operations.

It is owned by Ossie Kilkenny and former U2 manager Paul McGuinness.

Both say the time is right to sell.
