The Meakstown Shopping Centre in Finglas has been sold for more than €3m.

It had a reserve price of €2m-€2.4m

The Dublin property was sold at the Allsop auction this morning.

Tenants at the shopping centre include Boylesports, Hickeys Pharmacy and Macaris take-away.

Current rent earned on the units is over €340,000 a year.
