Unite members to vote in no confidence motion after Central Bank bonus revelations

Staff at the Central Bank who are members of the trade union Unite are to vote on a motion of no confidence in senior management.

The union says the move follows the belated admission of a second secret bonus scheme, in addition to so-called "retention bonuses" which emerged last week.
