Bankruptcy legislation may happen before Chrismas: Kenny

Legislation to reduce Ireland's bankruptcy period to one year could be introduced before Christmas.

Enda Kenny said Justice Minister Frances Fitzgerald will bring her plans for further changes to the system within weeks.
