'High speed broadband for rural Ireland' vouches Minister White

The Minister for Communications Alex White has said that the Government will deliver high-quality broadband to rural Ireland.

A pilot programme will be run in the village of Ratheniska in Co Laois, the home of this year's Ploughing Championships.
