Survey finds pay rises are very important to less than a third of workers

Almost 70% of Irish people say they are willing to pay more for goods if they know it comes from a responsible company.

A survey by Ricoh showed that just a quarter of us think that most businesses in Ireland are responsible in the way they operate.

The survey also revealed that pay rises in work are only very important to 31% of us.

It said that the three most important things we look for in a career are good working conditions, a positive culture and a good work/life balance.
