The former Quinn glass company in Co Fermanagh, which was renamed Encirc, has been sold to Spanish manufacturer Vidrala for almost €409m.

The former Quinn glass company in Co Fermanagh, which was renamed Encirc, has been sold to Spanish manufacturer Vidrala for almost €409m.

The sale includes the firm's manufacturing plants in Derrylin and Elton in Cheshire.
