New jobs announced in Dublin
Up to 80 new jobs have been announced for Dublin.
Guidewire, a software provider to the global insurance industry, said it will hire between 60 and 80 new staff this year and next.
The company provides back-end software to support many insurance activities, including underwriting and claim management.
The new jobs will be a mixture of product development and software consultancy roles.
The business already employs 150 people in Dublin, and is leasing additional office space in Blanchardstown. This will make Dublin its largest office outside of the US, where it is headquartered.
