Eddie Rockets to create 50 jobs in Dublin

Some 50 jobs are being created in Dublin at two Eddie Rockets stores.

'Rockets by Eddie Rockets' opened at the IFSC on North Wall Quay last weekend with a second store to open at the Jervis Shopping Centre later this week.

The new concept will include combinations such as 'Bubble dog' (hot-dog and prosecco), Egg E Muffins and ‘little’ versions of Eddie Rocket’s hamburgers.

There are currently 32 Eddie Rocket’s diners in operation, two Shake Shops and two Rockets by Eddie Rockets throughout Ireland.
