The Troika is back in town this week as they continue to look for Ireland to pay back its loans.

EU, IMF and ECB officials will arrive in Dublin and will have tough questions for the Government about why it failed to meet the €2bn Budget cut target.

Also on the agenda will be the mortgage debt crisis, Permanent TSB's failed stress test as well as the Government's plans for Irish Water.

However, the Troika's powers have greatly diminished since Ireland left the bailout and the most they can do is raise in public how much the Government has rowed back from its reform process.
