Troika to question Govt on Irish Water and mortgage debt crisis

The Troika is back in town this week as they continue to look for Ireland to pay back its loans.

EU, IMF and ECB officials will arrive in Dublin and will have tough questions for the Government about why it failed to meet the €2bn Budget cut target.
