Carlow store takes top prize at retail awards

The Arboretum in Carlow has been named National Store of the Year by Retail Excellence Ireland.

Over 500 people attended the annual awards gala in Galway last night.

The annual Retail Excellence Ireland awards recognise the consistent commitment to excellence in meeting and exceeding customer expectations in terms of service and product quality.

Tiger was named Company of the year, mcelhinneys.com scooped the prize for best eCommerce Website.

Retail Excellence Ireland says the industry is responding to the improved climate since the announcement of Budget 2015.
