More properties over €1m mark at latest Allsop auction today

An office building, a showroom and Dublin car park spaces are just some of the properties going under the hammer at the latest Allsop Space property auction.

Around 170 properties - with a combined reserve value of €40m - will be on offer in Dublin's RDS today.

The catalogue also includes a hotel suite, 28 apartments, 10 apartment blocks and 30 retail outlets.

"We're seeing the profile f the properties change and evolve," said Robert Hoban, Director of auctions at ALLSOP Space.

"We have the largest number of assets [with a reserve of] over a million euro - over 11 different assets, commercial and residential, attracting a different type of buyer to the auction … these are some of the bigger-figure professional buyers."

"We're seeing the emergence of several syndicates of three or four people who are coming together [as[ part of pensions fund. They're buying the likes of these assets with a long-term view."
