Most expensive year for airlines' insurance

Airlines are facing the most expensive year for insurance costs since the 9/11 attacks.

The downing of Malaysia Airlines flight MH-17 and the disappearance of MH-370 have contributed to what is thought to be a $2bn loss for the aviation insurance industry so far this year.
