The battle for new orders between planemakers Airbus and Boeing has begun at the Farnborough air show, with British Airways parent company IAG announcing an Airbus A320 aircraft deal.

The battle for new orders between planemakers Airbus and Boeing has begun at the Farnborough air show, with British Airways parent company IAG announcing an Airbus A320 aircraft deal.

IAG said it was converting 20 A320 options into a firm order.
