Strikes had 'negative repercussions' for travel agents

More than three quarters of Irish Travel Agents say recent strikes at Aer Lingus and those involving French air traffic controllers have had negative repercussions for them.

Members of the ITAA say the strikes resulted in a large amount of time and resources being spent re-accommodating and assisting affected customers.
