A number of groups are joining forces to call for "fair play" for small businesses which are in negotiations with banks over credit difficulties.

A number of groups are joining forces to call for "fair play" for small businesses which are in negotiations with banks over credit difficulties.

The IFA, the Vintners Federation of Ireland, Irish Property Owners Association and RGDATA will launch a new protocol for the resolution of credit difficulties.

It would apply to small businesses experiences financial problems, including farms and licenced premises, who are in negotiations with their banks.
