Oireachtas to examine alternative means of funding for SMEs

A move away from banks and traditional lenders for small and medium-sized businesses is being debated by an Oireachtas Committee later.

Representatives from the Credit Review Office and Chambers Ireland will address the Joint Committee on Jobs and Enterprise.

They will examine other forms of financing for the SME sector.
