Survey: More than half of customers not satisfied with bank's handling of problems
More than 50% of Irish banking customers were dissatisfied with the way their bank handled reported problems, according to a new consumer confidence survey by Ernest and Young.
The report surveyed more than 32,000 people across 43 countries.
