Most employees think they work harder than managers

More Irish workers are happy in their jobs, but a majority believe they work harder than their managers.

New research from Peninsula Ireland shows 79% are happy, compared to 63% in 2013.

However, more than three quarters (77%) believe they are paid unfairly for the work they do.

Some 62% of employees believe they work harder than their line manager.
