Enterprise Ireland announces 1,800 'export-driven' jobs
More than 1,800 jobs have been announced at new high-tech firms supported by Enterprise Ireland.
The positions will be created over the next three years at 122 different companies across the country.
Each of the start-up firms are described as "export-driven" and based on technological innovations.
John O'Dea of Enterprise Ireland, who manages the start-up programme, believes hundreds of spin-off jobs could soon follow.
