Taoiseach: Irish Water business model will allow for costs to be scrutinised

The Taoiseach has said the business model for Irish Water to be unveiled in the coming weeks will allow people to scrutinise its staffing and costings.

Enda Kenny has also said that the contract for the new utility company will be reviewed on an annual basis.
