Fashion retailers looking good for UK investors
UK fashion retailers set the pace on the London market after Next cheered investors with better-than-expected trading and a turnaround in the fortunes of its high street stores.
Despite worries over an unseasonally mild autumn, the retailer bumped up profit guidance, pushing its shares almost 5% higher, also lifting fellow clothing giants Marks & Spencer and Primark owner Associated British Foods.
