A business group has warned that the re-introduction of Joint Labour Committees will bring a halt to job creation.

The bodies which govern the pay and conditions of workers in some sectors were deemed unconstitutional by the High Court in 2011 - but the Jobs Minister Richard Bruton is now working to make them legal.
