Independent radio stations criticise new broadcasting charge

Independent broadcasters have criticised the news that the new Broadcasting charge - set to replace the TV licence fee - will not fund independent radio.

The criticism follows the publication of a report on RTE funding by the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland.
