Recruitment research sees signs of growth in professional recruitment

Recruitment provider, Morgan McKinley, has said there are signs the professional recruitment market is beginning to return to growth.

The company conducted international research with consultants in up to nine markets to identify business talent requirements, which it has published in its first series of Global Trends Reports.

It shows in Ireland, the tide is starting to turn in the finance and accounting market while technology professionals with data centre management and mobile technologies experience are also in high demand.

Brian Hyland, Operations Director with Morgan McKinley, said: "The reports look at nine different countries and three markets within that.

"I think from an Irish perspective, there is grounds for optimism in that we are seeing signs that the professional recruitment market is returning to growth phases.

"People begin to gear up for those phases under these three specific market sectors so the message that we give to the Irish companies is keep attracting foreign investment."
