Citi Bank to close Waterford office

Citi Bank has decided to close its office in Waterford. It employs around 50 people.

It's expected some of the staff affected will be offered redeployment to the bank's Dublin office.

The Waterford operation, which is based in the IDA business and Technology Park in the city will close down by the end of the year.
