Wal-Mart tops US revenue rankings again

Wal-Mart Stores once again leads Fortune Magazine’s list of the 500 biggest US companies by revenue, as the world’s biggest retailer succeeded in posting strong growth despite a challenging economy for its shoppers.

Wal-Mart Stores once again leads Fortune Magazine’s list of the 500 biggest US companies by revenue, as the world’s biggest retailer succeeded in posting strong growth despite a challenging economy for its shoppers.

The Bentonville, Arkansas, company’s revenue grew nearly 6% in 2012 to $469.2bn (€358bn).
