170K of Ireland's 510K directors are women - report

More than 170,000 of Ireland's 510,000 company directors are female and most of them work in the financial services sector, according to figures in the Eulogy! Irish Directors Report, which was released today.

It also found that many young Irish businesswomen are travelling to the UK to further their careers.

CEO of Eulogy! PR Adrian Brady said Irish women seemed to flourish in business services across the Irish Sea.
