ECB leaves main interest rate unchanged

The European Central Bank has left its key interest rate unchanged at 0.75 percent.

At a meeting of the the governing council today, the body decided that all its main rates will stay the same across the board.

The President of the ECB Mario Draghi will explain the reasons behind the move at a press conference later today.
