Rival soft drinks firms agree to merge

Rival firms Britvic and AG Barr have agreed to merge, creating one of Europe's largest soft drinks companies.

They have have been in talks for months, but shareholders approved the deal this afternoon.

The merger is likely to mean up some job losses.
