Glanbia completes 3% share placing

Glanbia co-op has completed a 3% placing in Glanbia Plc.

The company has issued share capital at a price of €7.60 per share.

This placing is pursuant to the recent approval by the Society members of the proposed reduction in its shareholding in Glanbia.

On completion of the placing, the society will continue to own, in aggregate, approximately 48% of the issued share capital of the company.
