Ulster Bank reimburses 300,000 customers in North

Ulster Bank has paid more than £18m (€14m) to almost 300,000 customers in the North hit by IT problems over the summer.

Thousands were unable to withdraw cash or access their accounts for weeks after maintenance on the system caused computer problems on June 19.
