Burlington put up for sale
Dublin's largest hotel, the four-star Burlington, has been put up for sale at a guide price of between €65-75m.
CBRE Hotels will sell the property by private treaty on behalf of Paul McCann of Grant Thornton, the hotel's receiver.
The 501 bedroom hotel, occupies a 3.8 acre site in Dublin 4.
Dublin's hotel market has experienced a strong recovery in the last two years, making it one of the best performing hotel markets in Europe today.
