Food group Glanbia has today announced that it has acquired Aseptic Solutions Inc, USA, for US$60m (€49.55m).

Food group Glanbia has today announced that it has acquired Aseptic Solutions Inc, USA, for US$60m (€49.55m).

The acquisition is funded through Glanbia's existing banking facilities.
