The owner of beer brands Carling and Coors has closed a deal to buy Staropramen firm StarBev for €2.65bn.

The owner of beer brands Carling and Coors has closed a deal to buy Staropramen firm StarBev for €2.65bn.

Molson Coors first announced the takeover in April and received approval from European regulators last month.
