Newspaper publisher Trinity Mirror has said that David Grigson will take up the role of chairman on Tuesday after Ian Gibson brought forward his planned departure.
Mr Grigson, who is leading the process to identify a new chief executive following Sly Bailey’s resignation, is a former finance chief at Reuters.
