ISEQ up at close

The ISEQ index of Irish shares closed up 0.69% at 3,232 points.

Among the risers, Independent News & Media added 7.82% to €0.26 in the wake of the departure of CEO Gavin O'Reilly; recruitment group CPL Resources was up 3.28% to €3.15; Donegal Creameries was also up 2.87% to €3.55; Grafton Group added 2.04% to €3.25 and CRH climbed

2.02% to €15.15.

On the fallers' board, Smurfit Kappa fell 2.13% to €6.54 and Glanbia was down 0.83% to €5.95.
