Finance director of Providence Resources Philip O'Quigley is to step down from his role, the oil and gas exploration company announced.

Finance director of Providence Resources Philip O'Quigley is to step down from his role, the oil and gas exploration company announced.

Mr O'Quigley will take up the position of chief executive with Canadian firm Falcon Oil and Gas.
